First, I would like to say what an honor it is to
have been selected as the new President & CEO for HealtheACCESS
Clinics.I am very proud to
join the fine group of Healthcare Providers and be a partner in the
ongoing success of the organization.HealtheACCESS owes its success to these Providers and to
those clients we serve who trust us for their care and wellness.For that trust, I say thank you and promise to do all I can to
strengthen our relationships.
Next, I would like to recognize Don Kiger, Owner of
HealtheACCESS Clinics as he vacates the role of President & CEO
and moves to Chairman of the Board for HealtheACCESS Holdings,
LLC and HealtheACCESS Clinics, LLC.He has been instrumental in setting the direction for the
organization and creating the vision for the future.
I have been in this healthcare market for over nine
years and healthcare in general for some twenty-eight years and believe
that the employers and employees in our community, both public and
private, can greatly benefit from the services we provide.My goal is to create a responsive, customer service oriented
organization.To that end, I plan on spending much of my initial time meeting
with government and business leaders learning how HealtheACCESS
can be of better service.I
will continue and improve upon the mission of providing ready access to
healthcare services and the maintenance of related costs.

Donald E. Kiger, Owner of HealtheACCESS Clinics, LLC, announced today that William H. Cummins will assume the
role of President & CEO of HealtheACCESS Clinics, LLC, effective Monday, December 5, 2011.
Cummins is currently Chief Executive Officer for Regency Hospitals, Northwest Indiana, with hospital
locations in Portage and East Chicago,
Indiana.Prior to that position, Cummins was Chief Operating Officer for
PorterHospital,
Valparaiso,
Indiana.Cummins comes to
HealtheACCESS with more than 28 years of healthcare experience.
Effective the same date, Kiger will vacate his current role as President & CEO, HealtheACCESS Clinics, LLC
and move to Chairman of the Board for HealtheACCESS Holdings, LLC and HealtheACCESS Clinics, LLC.
Kiger stated, “Bill Cummins brings a vast amount of experience to our
organization and will bring a healthcare perspective much needed for our success and growth.I am excited about our opportunities and the prospect of having Bill lead the organization.”
Cummins added that he shares Kiger’s excitement and said, “The employers
and employees in our community, both public and private, can greatly benefit from the services
